For me to actually sit down and fully write a review has to say something! I am a full time college student with a job and this has easily a staple in my house. It is super simple and tastes fantastic! The only recommendation I could make would be: adjust liquids based on your elevation, I live above the mile high mark and needed to add almost a cup and a half more liquid(I also didn't have a lid that sealed-who has time for that?). This recipe is fail safe AS LONG as you watch your orzo, I wait until it is just about where I want it, add my onions and garlic and REMOVE from the stove to stir them in, the first time I left it on the stove and ended up almost burning the orzo. It still tasted fantastic!!
