Very easy to make. A little dry so will probably substitute oil for apple sauce or pudding next time.

Family thought these were very tasty. I added peanut butter and chocolate chips. Cook time is long for my preferences. I baked the first part of the batch for 30 minutes and, though they came out okay, I thought they were a little too done--tops were quite brown and kind of hard. Baked second part of batch for only 25 minutes and they came out just slightly browned and soft. Much better. Would make again.

wow, these by far are the best banana muffins I have ever made. So simple yet so good. I used coconut instead of nuts because of school issues and the coconut is a very nice addition.

Great muffins! I threw in some cinnamon and nutmeg but didn't change anything else. Hubby loved them. Will make again and again.

Fantastic muffins! I did make some changes after reading the reviews first. I used 1/2 cup of white sugar and 1/4 cup of brown. I also added 1 tsp cinnamon, a few dashes of nutmeg, and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. I think without the spices and vanilla the muffins may have turned out a bit bland. I skipped the walnuts and used a mixture of chocolate and butterscotch chips. As far as the cooking time goes, they were perfect at 20 minutes in a 325 degre oven. Everyone loved these and I will certainly bake them again.

These muffins turned out great... I did make the following adjustments after reading many of the reviews... I used 4 large, ripe bananas instead of 3, used almost a cup and a half of wholemeal flour and the rest white flour, used 1/2 cup sugar instead of 1 cup and it was still quite sweet because of all the bananas.. next time I may use even less sugar. Added 1/2 tspn vanilla extract and 1/2 tspn cinnamon. I used only 1/4 cup canola oil instead of 1/2 cup and added approx 1/4 cup crushed pineapple as I happened to have that left over in the fridge. Baked for around 25 minutes and they came out very moist and surprisingly light, given that I'd used so much wholemeal flour. My 3 year old gobbled these up and kept asking for more! I will definitely make these again and may try adding some oats next time.

These muffins are now my absolute favorite. I also followed the suggestions and used only 3/4 cup sugar (1/2 white & 1/4 light brown) and used pecans instead o walnuts simply because I don't like walnuts. The recipe made exactly 12 regular sized muffins which I baked at 350 for 25 minutes. I think the next time I make them I'm going to try adding a couple of tablespoons of molasses to the batter as well as a tiny bit more flour to compensate for the thinner batter.

These muffins were fantastic. I followed the suggestions and used slightly less sugar (a mix of brown and white) and cooked the muffins at 325 degrees. I also added 1 tsp. vanilla per recipe. I doubled the recipe for 12 muffins thinking I would end up with about 48 mini muffins; however, I had 84 mini-muffins!!! My guess would be the original recipe for 12 muffins actually makes a few more. For the mini muffins, I recommend cooking at 325 degrees for no more than 15 minutes. Yummy!

Delicious! I made 3 muffins, and put the rest of the batter in a loaf pan. Both came out very good, though for the loaf I think I'll take it out a couple minutes sooner.

Cut sugar to 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup granulated white sugar. Cut fat to 2T. and replace remainder with applesauce. A teaspoon of vanilla punches up the fruity flavors. I don't add coconut, just a personal thing.
