Wow!! This was SO ridiculously easy and yummy!! I made it twice this weekend! The fist time I made it for a party we were having. I used fresh chicken - cooked it on the stove and then added it to the mix, and I also ommitted the mushrooms because I don't like them. I stirred it halfway through cooking, and it came out perfect. There wasn't a bite left.
I made it again the next day for dinner, this time without the chicken because we were out, but it was still a great mac and cheese dish. My family, who didn't get a chance to have it the previous day, loved it, including my 4 nephews that were there. Definitley a keeper!! Thanks!!
