All I can say is BEWARE! Consider yourself warned that this recipe is HIGHLY ADDICTIVE!! I've written very few reviews in the past, but let me tell you this recipe FORCED ME to write a review! Yeah, it was THAT good! I made this per the other reviewers, used an 11x17 pan lined w/foil and sprayed with non stick coconut oil spray. I did not stir the butter/brown sugar mixture, baked it for 6 mins, then I let it cool for nearly two hours on the counter top then placed it in the refrigerator for about 15 mins. For cutting - as one reviewer recommended, using a pizza cutter cut them perfectly! I used rice crackers and wanted to try it out with these as a test @ home before I made it for a gathering (we eat gluten free). THEY CAME OUT PERFECT! I would caution NOT to make these just for yourself as you may end up eating the whole pan all by yourself (just like I almost did)!! Love love loved it!!!
