Nothing to rave over but a good base. Definitetly needed another egg.

Good, but nothing to rave over! I added an extra egg like many other reviews mentioned and it overflowed. I think the extra egg must be best for deep dish pie crusts! It seemed to have too much sausage and not enough egg. I used reduced fat sausage so that may have had something to do with it. There wasn't as much fat to cook off. Good, but probably will something else next time.

served at 2 teacher functions w/ 50 and 70..everyone loved it..second time I used double fiber tortillas by putting the mixture in them for a bottom layer and poured remainder on the top..served with the sour cream and salsa and it was gone...two times.

Wow - this is a great recipe - I make it w/ a 1/2 pound of sausage so that I can make two quiches - one to take to Sunday School and one to send to work w/ my husband - everyone raves. Good job, Dorothy!

This recipe tasted pretty good to everyone that ate it. I think, next time, that I won't be adding as much sausage.

This was quite good but I think the proportions are a bit off. We used 4 eggs and it still wasn't enough. Next time I'll use 5 or 6. The only other change I made was to use veggie sausage instead of pork. Overall, it's a good recipe, it just needs to be tweaked a bit.

This was a FANTASTIC, easy dish. I made it for Father's Day brunch. With the frozen, prepared pie crust I used, it was a snap to make. I used 4 eggs, probably could've used more if I wanted to. The dish was very tasty and everyone loved it. I will make this again and again.

This was a very nice and easy breakfast at the cottage. I halved the cheese, used 6 eggs and made mine crustless, worked great.

I made this recipe yesterday for a Memorial Day party for 6. Everyone loved it and wanted more. I did add an extra egg like previous reviews mentioned. However, what wasn't mentioned was to use a deep dish pie pastry. Maybe this is something everyone else knows and it could have been my "blonde moment", but I made 2 regular pie pastries with the recipe. It worked out just as well but the servies were quite small. All in all this recipe was absolutely delicious!!!

I made this once as the recipe suggests and then modified it the second time around. Both attempts were great! The second time, I added a little milk to the egg, tossed in a handful of chopped spinach and reduced the cheese to 1.5 cups. A complete meal in a single dish! It took forty minutes from start to finish and was delicious for a quick dinner.
