Salsa Sausage Quiche
SUBMITTED BY:
Dorothy Sorensen
"A prepared pastry crust hurries along the assembly of this hearty appetizer from Dorothy Sorensen of Naples, Florida. 'Served with sour cream and additional salsa, it's a party favorite in our retirement community,' she notes. 'If you're feeding a crowd, bring two--they disappear fast!'"

My daughter is a VERY picky eater and she loves this. I had to add 1 more egg and then it was right. This has become a regular meal in our house.

I thought this turned out very good. I added taco seasoning to the meat and used only about half a cup of the salsa. I served the quiche with black beans..it was a quick and easy meal!

I thought this was the easiest and tastiest quiche I had ever made. Making 2 was a great tip too - I did and my friends ate every bit. Thanks!

I thought this was great. A worthwhile break from the standard quiche.

I made this for my mom on mothers day. It came out delicious. I had to bake it 10 minutes more, because the juice from the salsa, made it a little runny. I added taco seasoning to it & used the whole package of sausage. My mom & family enjoyed it very much. I would make it again.
