This recipe is pretty good with a few additions. I added 2 ozs of low-fat cream cheese, a can of diced tomatoes (drained), another can of red beans, a can of cannelini beans, a few shakes of chili powder, sea salt & black pepper. We topped it off with a couple teaspoons of shredded cheddar cheese. By itself, it really is lacking something. This would also be good with some chicken chunks or some lean ground beef.

This recipe didn't have much flavor. It was quick and easy, but lacking some spice.

I liked this okay, but no one else in the family did. Made with whole wheat pasta in small quantities it would make a good vegetarian main dish.
