Ingredients

  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans peeled and diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, and salt and pepper. Mix well, cover, and chill for at least 3 hours before serving.

Very good but too mild for some. A minced jalapeño would do the trick. It's a keeper and so easy.
