YUM!! Just the recipe I was looking for! I used lime juice since I bought a lime (personal preference), *always*prefer fresh garlic to powder, and sweet onion since no green on hand. I diced the avocado first, and tossed with the lime juice; mashed with a fork to keep some lumps, then combined everything. I love your idea of making fresh chips! I season mine with s&p, garlic and onion powder, and a little paprika

Super quick and easy. Great guacamole when you don't have all the extra ingredients on hand.

My husband loved it! I didn't have any green onions so I left them out. Very tasty!

This was excellent! It was so quick and easy too. I did (like others) change it a little. I added white onions instead of green (that's what I had) and chopped some fresh tomatoes as well. I also used real garlic cloves and not garlic powder and lime juice instead of lemon. VERY GOOD!

Awesome recipe. I did make a couple of changes. I started by making a smaller batch since there are just two of us. Took two avacados for my version. Mashed up and blended with a hand mixer until some parts were chunky and some were smooth. Gave an awesome flavor of avacado with the large pieces and great texture. Instead of lemon juice I used lime juice and grated some fresh garlic. It was delicious! I've never made a guacamole I've enjoyed more.

This recipe was excellent. Eaten up very quickly. The only change I made was to add some tobasco for a little more kick.

This was great! I didn't have any green onions on hand so I just used some onion powder in place of them. Turned out great! I will definitely be making this again & again!
