I'm giving it five stars because my kids loved it, and so did my husband. I did do one thing that I won't repeat in the future - I took the advice that said to just put it in a bag with the taco seasoning. It was too salty for my taste that way, so I'll follow the recipe to the letter next time.

Tasty dish - quite simple, which is good. It's nothing groundbreaking, but it's a keepr.

Quick and easy - plus everyone loves it. I double the recipe and roll up the leftover with rice to make enchiladas.

This is by far the easiest and tastiest recipe I've ever made. I've shared the recipe with friends and family and they all rave about it. The only thing I do in addition is have soft tortillas to roll it up. Add a side of mexican rice or southwestern corn-- perfect easy delicious meal!

This is a really easy and quick weeknight meal. I just lightly tossed the seasoning on both sides, then threw the salsa on top. I served with brown rice and black beans. We will make this again.

This is so easy & so good! I sprinkled the chicken with fresh chopped Cilantro before I topped it with salsa. I made it last week & I'm making it again tonight! Thanks for a great recipe. :)

This chicken makes EXCELLENT tacos! I put the chicken in the crockpot with a can of diced tomatoes and 3/4 jar of Newman's Own Salsa. Coated the chicken with the Taco Seasoning I recipe from this site (GREAT recipe!) and cooked on low for 5.5-6 hours. Shredded with forks and popped into toasted corn tortillas with avocado, lettuce, sour cream, feta cheese and a squeeze of lime juice. I will NEVER make ground turkey tacos again like I used to do! This is how we'll do tacos from now on - restaurant quality! Thanks!

A wonderful, easy recipe! I know in my own home I always have these ingredients on hand and it was a nice change of pace from traditional chicken recipes. My boyfriend raved about this recipe, went back for seconds and asked me how come I only made 4 chicken breasts! I didn't have any taco seasoning packets at home so I made my own version. Sprinkled the chicken with Chili Powder, Cumin, Paprika, Onion powder & a little dash of oregano. Overall this tasted very similar to my enchilada recipe and had less work involved. A definiate staple in my home from now on.

This was so quick and easy to throw together, and the result was very yummy! I'm watching my calories, and this made a very tasty low-calorie meal when served with some homemade mexican rice. I will definitely make this again! Thanks!

Excellent and easy! I make my own taco seasoning so I used that. I didn't change a thing to this recipe. It leterally took me maybe 3 min to throw it together. Next time I will add a can of chiles to the chicken. Other than that good to go.

I've made this many, many times now and it always turns out great. However, I use frozen chicken breasts and put them in the slow cooker, but use the rest of the ingredients the same way. It only takes about 4 hours on low for them to be cooked through. They are always so tender...you definitely don't need a knife with these. I usually serve it with "Best Spanish Rice" from this site. It makes a great meal!
