This is one of my favorite dishes from this site! I make it just like the recipe states except I use Velveeta cheese and Joe T. Garcia's salsa. I serve it over Spanish rice. The chicken is sooo tender and juicy. LOVE IT!!!

Delicious! My 12-year-old daughter made this for dinner tonight, with a little coaching from me. I had her cut the chicken up into bite-sized pieces to make serving and eating it a bit easier which made the cooking time about 10 minutes shorter, but otherwise we followed the recipe exactly. We used the Taco Seasoning I recipe from here at AR instead of store-bought taco seasoning. I didn't have any sour cream to garnish it with, but I'll definitely make sure to have some next time we make this. Thanks for a new dinner added to our rotation!

This was incredibly easy and delicious! The only things I did differently were use fajita seasoning since that's all I had on hand, and I rubbd the chicken breasts with olive oil before seasoning them. Came out fantastic.

This was great and very easy to make. I poured enough salsa to cover the bottom of my pan and poured more over the top of the chicken. I loved that I didn't have to measure anything for this recipe! Very tender chicken.

This was very good. I made this for my husband, who was just put on a low fat diet. I used low fat sour cream and low fat cheese, you could not tell the difference because when you bake it all the seasoning goes into the chicken and gives it a wonderful flavor. He asked if we could have this once every two weeks.

This was pretty good. I will definitely make this again when I need a quick supper. It really doesn't get any easier than this. I followed the directions and used shredded colby jack cheese. I used salsa from our local Mexican eatery and it turned out great. My kids liked this too. Thanks for sharing.

Very good alternative to plain white chicken breasts. I cut the recipe in half and followed it to a T. Both my husband and I loved it - a definite keeper.

Very good. Used a plastic bag to coat the chicken. Next time will try the crock-pot method as another reviewer suggested.

I absolutely loved this recipe - I actually first heard about it on the the Food Network in Canada - Chef at Home. I came on here to see if there were alterations to it. This added taco seasoning mix - I just used a tex mex seasoning as well as some staples like garlic powder, salt, pepper and chili-chipotle powder. I cooked at 350 for only 20 minutes and then added the cheese, baked a couple minutes longer and then turned on the broil for a few minutes. I added sour cream which to me completes this dish - must have the sour cream. It was so moist and tasty. A new favourite chicken dish. I served with Mexican Rice II on this site. Thx!
