Very good and easy! I didn't have any taco seasoning on hand so I made the Taco Seasoning I recipe from this website. Family loved it!

This was so quick and easy to throw together, and the result was very yummy! I'm watching my calories, and this made a very tasty low-calorie meal when served with some homemade mexican rice. I will definitely make this again! Thanks!

Excellent and easy! I make my own taco seasoning so I used that. I didn't change a thing to this recipe. It leterally took me maybe 3 min to throw it together. Next time I will add a can of chiles to the chicken. Other than that good to go.

Very yummy! We ate this dish with brown rice. The next night I threw a can of black beans with the leftover rice and chicken and made them into a burrito.

I've made this many, many times now and it always turns out great. However, I use frozen chicken breasts and put them in the slow cooker, but use the rest of the ingredients the same way. It only takes about 4 hours on low for them to be cooked through. They are always so tender...you definitely don't need a knife with these. I usually serve it with "Best Spanish Rice" from this site. It makes a great meal!

I made it in the crock pot along with black beans and frozen corn. When it was done I put it on top of yellow rice and then melted the cheese. Sooo good.

I made this recipe to use in Chicken Fajitas but it was very bland and disappointing. It was easy to make but I would not do so again.

YUM YUM!!! This recipe is amazing. I have made it on several occasions and it just keeps getting better. I use Jack's Special salsa that you can find in the deli area of Harris Teeter. I think the quality of salsa you use is important. I add sliced black olives on top of salsa and when done cooking I top off with sour cream and a little cilantro. I would give this more than 5 stars!

I made this recipe last night (as directed) and was glad that I doubled it--everyone in my house loved it! My daughter asked, "Are we having that chicken tomorrow night for dinner, too?" When I said yes, she said, "Good! It was awesome!" We're all looking forward to leftovers tonight.

This was quick, easy, tasty and tender! I subbed Mexican cheese blend for the cheddar.I served this with Rice and Black Beans, from Rebecca Tally on this site, along with a dollop of sour cream. * note: I used Lundberg Wild Blend rice and made the beans separately.

I think that part of the point of the recipe is to be able to make something quickly. I made the recipe exactly as is, and added nothing extra. I simply omitted the cheese to cut out some fat. I don't think it's necessary to use a bag, marinate, etc. as others mentioned. I recommend preparing this AS IS...it's very moist and simply wonderful! I baked it for exactly 25 min.

This is one I go back to many times. Good with rice or mashed potatoes. I use more salsa, extra for the rice or potatoes. Even good without cheese and sour cream but the best way is as stated in recipe.

Yum. Made as written, except I marinated the chicken as suggested by other reviewers. Only thing I'd change next time is to make my own taco seasoning. We weren't too sure about the packet seasoning taste with the chicken.
