Yum!!! Like others, I diced the chicken first and sautéed with the onion. Added the salsa and let is simmer and blend flavors. Added soups, rice, and poured into casserole dish. Used Colby Jack cheese slices over top and at the advice of another reviewer, sprinkled the top with crushed tortilla chips. YUM! DH suggested more chips next time and I'm thinking maybe a little corn and/or green beans (like in some spanish rice recipes!). I'm thinking since others complained it was bland, they didn't use a good salsa. Here on the West Coast, we have a brand of salsas called Herdez, I used the medium heat. Thanks for sharing your recipe!!!

This was delicious. Super easy and simple to make. I cooked the chicken with chicken fajita seasoning and put the casserole together on the weekend. Then one evening during the next week I popped it in the oven for about 45 min. and it was ready to go. I also used my own homemade salsa recipe as I don't like store boughts, so they sure helped the flavor as well. Will definitely make again and again. Thanks!

This recipe was pretty good. The canned soup flavor was a little too dominating for my taste though.

I thought this recipe was almost perfect as is. My husband loved it and he's picky.. so i'm happy. I did brown chicken strips as I don't care for boiled chicken. And I used low sodium soups. I topped it off with sour cream when serving. Excellent!!

I changed this recipe slightly. I used Mexican blend cheese and medium salsa. I have made it several times and everyone raves about it. It is very tasty.

This was great. Used a little extra chicken and salsa, and it went over really well.

This was really good. We made a few changes: we used brown rice instead of white, only 3 chicken breasts, and about a cup or two less cheese than called for. We also used healthy request (lowfat/reduced sodium) soups and sauteed our onion before adding to casserole. We also added a little taco seasoning. It came out really good.

I have made this several times and everyone loved it. I do modify it some by using a can of Rotel (diced tomatoes & green chilies) instead of the salsa. We also find that it is better the second time warmed up. Great recipe. I also want to add except for the cheese to top off the dish I mix all the ingredients together.

Excellent. I added taco seasoning and big dallop of soor cream to the soup mixture. Put jalepenos and crushed up tortilla chips on table for condiments. Served with salad. Ole!!

Very easy and tasty! My husband and I really enjoyed it.. our three toddlers did not, but they are picky and don't like dishes where everything is mixed together. Good with sour cream--will add tortilla chips on side next time too. Very good, thank you!

This recipe is so simple and yet so great! I have made this for quite a few people and always get compliments. Its great for kids and picky eaters, too! I only added a few more spices such as chili powder and paprika for some color. Also added some salt in the water for boiling the chicken. Other than that, It was perfect!!!

I liked this, but my husband did not. I added some black beans and corn to balance it out a bit. Other than that, I followed the recipe. I thought there was too much rice overall for the chicken and sauce ratio. I won't be making this one again, thanks for the submission though.
