i made this with nonfat yogurt instead of mayo, but the sauce just wasn't doing it for me. i'd steam the salmon again the same way, but probably would do without the spinach sauce.

No one was a fan of the spinach sauce, but the fish was great! Even my picky 4 year old liked it. A great, easy way to prepare it.

I made this for dinner last night--used a couple of cloves of chopped, fresh garlic and salt, instead of garlic salt--, and we loved it. Actually, my boyfriend really loved it, especially the creamy sauce. However, it was a little too mayo-y for my taste, but I'll stick to the 5 stars bc my bf loved it.

I made this for dinner tonight and we just finished eating. LOVELY recipe. Simple, delicous, quick. I don't have a pressure cooker, but I made the "sauce" as directed, except that I used fresh spinach. Great recipe. Try it!

Quick, delicious recipe. I used about 5 oz of fresh spinach and a 2 lb salmon fillet. Even with generous amounts of sauce, we still had plenty left. Served with mushroom risotto, it was a hit with the 3 year old, 1 year olds, and the husband. Will definitely make again.

This is delicious. I did replace 1/2 cup of the mayo with fat free plain yogurt. Next time I think I'll swap it all out for a healthier version. Can't wait to make this for my sister who is a salmon/lemon lover!
