As delicious as it is easy. Only thing added is that I used fresh garlic (really wakens up flavor) and put salmon in tin foil packets for ultimate moisture. One of family favorites. Everyone loved. Even special housecat placed in other room so wouldn't pick off plate. We were greedy (and we never put cat away). LOL

This recipe is awesome! I thought I prepared salmon well before, but this took it to a new level. The only changes I would make the next time are to add capers and use a little extra lemon juice.

While I don't eat seafood I do cook it for the family. This recipe received 5 stars from those eating it and 5 stars from me for it's total ease of preperation and cooking! Due to a limited salt diet I substituted the S&P with Mrs. Dash, but still used the garlic and dill. (Must admit- I didn't measure the spices though, I just sprinkled until it looked good.) Thanks for sharing, this one is a keeper!

Got home late and this was a perfect recipe. It was quick, easy and delicious. To this recipe I added dijon mustard to the sauce and after pouring it over the fillet, I place prociutto on top. Yummy! Thanks for this recipe.

Oh my freakin' goodness, this salmon was soooo good! But I think a quarter cup of butter was too much. Next time I'm gonna mix w/butter and olive oil, it'll probably be better. I didn't have dill so I sprinkled Italian herbs instead. Fresh garlic spread on top was super fabulous!

I used much less lemon juice, and half butter, half olive oil. I think next time I will get fresh dill. Otherwise, a tasty, and easy recipe!

I'm not a salmon fan, but this was excellent! I used olive oil instead of butter, added garlic, and mixed all the ingredients before hand and "marinated" the salmon overnight - very yummy!

This was a fabulous recipe, I had everything on hand, and it gave my usual lemon pepper salmon a definite kick. I loved it, and so did my entire family!

This is a super simple, quick and delicious way to do salmon or arctic char. Simple ingredients you usually have on hand and no real prep/marinate time, etc. Fresh lemon, dill and garlic make a difference but the dry spices work well too.

My hubby keeps asking for more!!! Just make sure to rub the salmon with the spices to bring out the flavor. I baked in in tin foil on 350 degrees for 25 minutes and it comes out perfect each time!

Super delicious ~ I used fresh Coho salmon and 1 clove of minced garlic instead of garlic powder. I omitted the salt ~ not needed. Served with basmati rice and vegies. Drizzed the lemon & garlic sauce over the rice. This recipe is a keeper!

Instead of butter and lemon, i used lemon flavored extra virgin olive oil which did the trick quite nicely. Also used minced garlic instead of powder.
