Delicious! I used Pampered Chef Dill Seasoning instead of plain dill, and it was great.

Pretty good. I thought it could have handled a little bit more lemon. I think next time I will slice a fresh lemon and bake the salmon with the slices on top. Really simple to make though! A nice quick dinner.

Excellent recipe. I added the dill to the butter and that worked well and I also used real garlic. The dill flavor was very strong so I might use a little less next time. But all in all, very good!

There were mixed opinions on this one. One liked it, but it wasn't his favorite. My daughter and I both scraped a lot of the dill off and it still just wasn't to our liking. Will probably not try again.

I had planned to make this recipe tonight - but we had a 34 degee C. day so it was time to use the BBQ . I used salmon steaks. mixed 1/4 cup of oil, the lemon juice, 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill, 1 fresh garlic clove minced and a pinch of white sugar. I brushed the mixture over both sides of the steaks and let them sit for 10 minutes (longer might have been better) and grilled the fish on the BBQ, basting periodically with the oil mixture. Delicious.

delicious! has become a staple in our home. Lime juice works great, too. I usually serve it with brown rice and creamed spinach.

Fabulous! I used fresh dill (just happened to have it) and baked at 400. Next time I'll use more lemon - we love lemon and you could barely taste it. The salmon did not lose it's flavor at all with this recipe - just enough ingredients to enhance!

Excellent! My husband has to have a "Sauce" with everything. So I used half of the ingredients from this recipe, and combined them with 4 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese with Chives, 1 tbs Woostershire, and 1 tsp of Red Pepper Sauce. Flavors went great together. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

Very good, easy to follow recipe. Used 4 salmon steaks and followed recipe except omitted garlic and reduced dill to 3/4 tsp. Salmon was moist and tasty. I will definitely make again.
