I'm rating this according to my husband's approval. Personally, I absolutely hate salmon! Which is almost illegal here in Seattle. But I made this for my husband son, who usually just puts teriyaki sauce on their salmon before they barbecue. My husband thought this was way better than the teriyaki, and although my son liked it, he preferred just plain teriyaki. I then made this for my annual 4th of July party, four large Costo size fillets, and they all got gobbled up in no time. So I guess it's a keeper and very easy.
