this gets a high 3 or low 4. nothing too special, although it wasnt bad. just bland. maybe with more dill? i dont know. needs something.

I had seen, SOMEWHERE, a recipe with Salmon and spinach and could not remember where, so I got on line and found this. It was perfect and I just put some Green Giant creamed spinach over the top. Delicious. Thank you! DEFINITELY a "keeper"!

DELISH!! This was the first time I have ever made salmon, but the recipe seemed so easy, that I thought,"How could I fail?!" And I was right! The salmon was easy to prepare, and tasted GREAT! I love salmon and I highly recommend this recipe! I did use mayo instead of butter because I've seen other recipes using mayo, and it worked! It just didn't form a crust on the salmon. But the flavor was perfect!

Very easy, very good - I used a bit of lemon juice too, so it wasn't too dry and it took away some of the fish smell/taste.

Good and simple- doesn't take away from the great flavor of salmon. I used a Copper River fillet and it was delicious. I do plan on using most of this in Salmon Chowder from this site, I think it will be great.

My husband really liked this, but I didn't like it that much. I'm not that much of a fish eater though. My kids (4 and 6) ate it. It's a very easy recipe and if you like salmon a lot, it's definitely worth trying.

I thought this was okay. It was very easy to make, which I appreciated. And it tasted fine, but it wasn't exciting. The best thing about it (besides the ease of it) was the additional sauce another reviewer suggested making (half sour cream, half mayo, and some dill). I'll probably make it again, but not all that often.

This was delicious, and I usually don't care for salmon. Don't be scared by the fact that you seem to be drowning your fish filets with the seasoning--it turns out almost like a crust and it tastes great!
