This is now my go to recipe for a quick salmon dish. Really, really good. I really didn't change a thing, though I was mindful of a reviewer saying there was too much mustard taste for her, and made sure the fillets were coated with a thin layer of Dijon. Served it with jasmine rice and a cucumber salad with rice vinegar and sesame oil. Very fast and tasty.

This is the way I will cook salmon from now on. I only had plain mustard, but it still turned out great. Even my picky daughter ate all her salmon. Thanks!

This was very good. Next time I'm going to put slits in the fish before adding the glaze.

We made this tonight for dinner. My wife and I both loved it. But I had a problem with broiling: it caught fire. Fortunately, I saw it before it got too bad. Ended up baking it instead. Next time I will bake and then may try the broiler for the last minute or two to caramelize the glaze.

the first thing I noticed about this recipe, other than the simplicity of the ingredients, was that nobody changed the recipe!!! No reviews say it's good but change this and add that, basically changing the recipe entirely! This recipe is amazing... Easy, fast and everyone loved it! Definitely a keeper!

I used steelhead trout for the fish and spicy dijon for the mustard. We really loved it. I think you could get away with a little less sugar for those that are health consciences. We will definitely make it again.

I'm not sure why I didn't experience the 'greatness' of this recipe. It was waaaay too sweet for my taste, and I definitely have a sweet tooth. The mustard and the brown sugar just didn't work. :-(

I make this recipe often. My 8 year old son always asks for it. It is such an easy recipe. I make mine a little different. I coat the salmon with a thin layer of dijon mustard and then I pack brown sugar on each fillet. Putting a little water in the pan also makes for extra glaze. Delicious!

Use honey instead of brown sugar, add some soy sauce, use dry prepared mustard and you have the exact recipe that Windsor Court Grill Room uses for their Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon

The mustard taste was a bit to intense for me but my husband loved it. Very very easy and fast. I will be making this again!

Absolutely fabulous!! My boyfriend said he would eat this every night. I broiled 2 8 oz filets for 15 minutes and it was a perfect glaze. So so easy as well! This is a great dinner in less than 20 minutes. This is a keeper for sure. THANK YOU Tamara!

This recipe is delicious! I decided to bake instead of broil - 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes worked well. I doubled the sauce recipe and it gave it a good amount of flavor. I also made cuts into the Salmon so that the sauce/ glaze could flavor the inside of the meat. I served it with Jasmine rice & mixed vegetables and it was a delicious meal!

This recipe was just so so for us...I love Salmon and am always looking for new ways to prepare it...my hubby likes it with a touch of sweetness - so thought this wld b perfect. It was good, but much of the taste was lost on the thicker parts. I used a cut filet - not steaks and prepared it on the grill...maybe the oven baking would make a difference! Will experiment and try again. Thanks!
