I made a few changes to the recipe. I added an extra egg because it was so dry, and used a little less breadcrumbs than called for. I'm not a fan of onions, and replaced them with chopped cucumber for that crunch factor. Overall, this was a great way to use up some canned salmon I had on hand. I will definitely make this again!

This was my first attempt at a Salmon Pattie. I thought the recipe was simple and easy. I also like that I can add seasoning if I want to tweak it a bit. Since I was making it just for me, I used a 5 oz can and one egg white (my attempt to keep the ratio about right). I'm not sure what that may have done to the final product, but I was very happy. This is going in my regular rotation. Thank you!

I used leftover, fresh salmon from last night's dinner. I will saute the onions first next time because of the stron raw-onion taste. Other than that, excellent!

Easy, quick and good. I do this one for a quick, light dinner, served with salad, and fruit.

I don't know why everyone is so worried about using olive or coconut oils. They are the healthest ones to use. Other than safflower oil (I use occasionally), they are all I use! Anyway, great recipe and I like alot of the adaptions.

Delish!! Made as written and came out wonderful. Only thing is, I don't understand so many people don't like the large cans because of the bones. Just crumble them up into the meat since they are so soft. CALCIUM!

Yummy!! These were really good!! Even my kids liked them, and they usually don't eat fish unless it's whole fillets.
