Reduce the salt to 1/2 tsp. I used leftover grilled salmon. "Bloom" the curry powder by roasting briefly in a dry saucepan. Delicious!

Excellent. I also omitted the curry due to spouses taste, and used two cooked salmon patties (from Costco) as the basis. I cooked them in the oven for 20 minutes, and then flaked and cooled them slightly. Increases the prep time, but worth it!

Very delicious salmon spread. I made it as stated the first time & it was good. Decided to try without the curry (not my hubby's favorite)& added a capful of liquid smoke. I used a lovely piece of Costco's fresh Salmon Milano from their fish department. LOVE IT!!!

Huge hit at the holiday parties! Everyone kept calling it the "spicy dip" when they wanted to reference it for me to make again. Possible substitution: 1 time I forgot to pick up the green onions from the store before making, and I substituted regular white onions chopped. Didn't make much of a difference. But absolutely fabulous. I have even made it for myself to just have on hand. Make sure that cream cheese is softened though!

I left the salt out & used smoked salmon rather than canned. It turned out great.

I just got done making this and it was pretty tasty! I did add liquid smoke to it which really flavored it up quite a bit! I will make this again forsure! Thanks!

This is so yummy! I did omit the curry because my husband doesn't like it, but next time the curry is going in. Recipe written accurately to my taste buds.

My husband and I thought this was very salty. Not our favorite, but if you like salty foods then you may really enjoy. We just prefer a more creamy salmon spread.
