I used brown rice, light mayonnaise, cauliflower and broccoli and lignt cheddar cheese (not parmesan). My children and husband are generally reluctant to eat fish, but they liked this meal. It is a keeper!

I thought this tasted great, but my kids would of rather had it all separated. Said i added to much broccoli and cheese. They have no taste lol

We loved this. Gave it 4 stars only because I did some modifications. Used 1/2c onion, leftover baked salmon (not canned), 1/4c mayo, 1/4c low-fat alfredo sauce, 1/4c parmesan, brocco-cauliflower mix (it's what I had), and 1c cheddar. We all loved it, including the fussy toddler. Great way to use up leftover salmon and rice.

YUM! I have never reviewed any othere recipe but this was good and I thought I would let others know. I didn't use canned salmon becasue I didn't have any. Instead, I used the frozen filets I had in the freezer - waiting for me to find a good recipe to use them in since their texture was not ideal for eating on their own. This did the trick! I made a secibd one yesterday after we plowed through the frust. In the second I added red pepper and celery since I had used most of my broccoli in the first one. I also added less mayo since it was the last of it and didn't put cheese on top. Still turned out great. Thanks!

This is a delicious dish! Made a couple of changes; used Greek plain yogurt in place of mayo, added pepper and dill to the egg/yogurt mix, also chopped carrots and celery & cooked that with the onion. Didn't use as much cheddar as it calls for, will definitely make again!

My family (children especially) really loved this. I used leftover grilled salmon instead of canned. Non-fat plain yogurt instead of mayo. Otherwise followed the recipe pretty close and was happy with the results!

Pretty good recipe. Used less mayo and alot more veggies, and waaay less cheese. Great cold winter day recipe. Will definitely make again.

This was very good. I cooked the broccoli in with the rice to save on dirty dishes, and I didn't use any cheddar cuz mine had gone bad, I added in some parmesan for a substitution. Chicken of the Sea brand pink salmon doesn't have any bones in it.
