Could use a little salt and pepper baked in. Will be a repeat but not a regular. BTW I translated the 6.5 cups of noodles as a 12 oz package.

Not a bad casserole. Definitely something different. I don't think I added enough salami, I guessed at what was 5 oz, so next time I will add more.

Few recipes I've made have I enjoyed as much. This is a hearty family meal and reheats well. First bite has an almost pizza hint but then the salami breaks through joining the creaminess. My family is hoping we make it again. I followed the recipe exactly with only the replacement of provolone for 1/8 pound (2 long thin slices) horseradish cheddar and 1/3 cup parmesan cheese. Getting the salami at the deli and having it sliced thick makes cubing easier. Smaller onion and pepper cut helped them soften just enough to not be crunchy but yet still be firm.

I am a salami lover so I thought this was great. My boyfriend doesn't like salami as much as I do, but he loved this too. I am not much of a cook, but this was very easy to make.

My family loved this. I did change the recipe a little. I add mixed veggies one bag frozen only add provolone cheese and made it with pasta shells instead of egg noodles.

This was ok; nothing fancy obviously, but good for when you're low on groceries. I added a little Dijon mustard. Not bad. Thanks.

I thought this recipe was very good plus it was very easy to make. Since I didn't have any provolone cheese, I used Swiss cheese instead and it turned out real good. Otherwise, I didn't make any other changes. I will make it again...thanks for sharing :0)
