Pretty decent salad for what it is. Basically a mild thousand island dressing. Nothing special, but good for stretching out that last bit of dressing in the bottle which was why I picked this. This is entirely dependent on the mayo used and the thousand island dressing you start with. If you don't like it as it is, this isn't going to doctor it up any. DH and I liked this fine, my son said it tasted weird. This would work for stretching out any type of creamy based dressing. Thanks Grace for the great idea.
