I doubled this recipe. I used a mixture of fat free plain yogurt, reduced fat mayonnaise and fat free sour cream. I did add onion powder as well. HUGE hit with the family. I served them with homemade Breaded Chicken Fingers and Cajun Spiced Potato Wedges and my husband thought it was the perfect dip for both.

This is amazing. I used as a dip for chicken strips and as a dressing for my chicken wraps. I'm a weight watcher always looking for fat free dressings and dips. Thanks.

Easy to throw together and a nice flavor. I had it over spicy greens with a little bit of grilled chicken. Perfect!

The concept and general ingredients of this salad dressing are good, but I followed the "taste kitchen" suggestion of Heinz 57 for the steak sauce and that's ALL I ended up tasting. I added some sweet relish for more of a 1000 island taste. I like the low-calorie factor - I think next time I'll try it with fat-free sour cream (?) and maybe just a tad of A-1 steak sauce instead of the Heinz 57.

9/21/07:This was so good! Had it on a salad topped with tomatos, onions, cilantro and chopped up chicken breast strips from Costco. My boyfriend used it as a dip for his chicken strips. Out of all of the fat-free dressings Ive ever had this is by far THE BEST! Thanks so much for this!!UPDATE 2/26/08:Ok. I tried this again and bluh! I looked through my recipes for dressings and found notes where I had accidentally mixed two together. I mixed this one with another that called for sesame oil and I also added chili powder. I added that to this and it gave it a lot more flavor and a lot more kick. Still not as I remember-hate it when that happens.

I loosely followed this because my girlfriend doesn't like things as spicy as I do. I doubled the yogurt and the chili sauce (I used a sweet chili sauce instead). I skipped the horseradish. I eyeballed the steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and the garlic powder. I also added the juice of 1/2 lime. This had a great mix of tangy and spicy. I will use this again for sure...enjoy.
