McCormick® Turkey Gravy Mix
McCormick® Rubbed Sage
orange or lemon juice
This went perfect with my turkey which also had a citrus flare. I will continue to use this, thanks for sharing!
This was actually very good and easy...will use again but add a bit more seasoning but all in all very pleased with it!
I made this quick gravy for the first time this year, and it turned out fantastic! I chose to use lemon juice, and fresh sage instead of rubbed. My family loved it so much on their potatoes, there wasn't a drop left for seconds!
I was really looking forward to this gravy, however, I followed the recipe exactly as written (but for 24 servings rather than 12) and it was quite bland. I even added some salt and pepper but it didn't help. It's a good thing I tried it today instead of 2 days from now on "turkey" day. I guess I will have to rely on my old standby, Heinz. UPDATE: I added two jars of Heinz Turkey Gravey to this and I was able to save it.
