I liked these ok... but husband loved them, so they are getting a 4 star. I really liked the flavor, and the idea of roasting the potatoes for a different flavor mash. I did shred these into fry strips for faster cooking, but otherwise followed the recipe. They were a little pasty, but that just could have been how I mashed them. I will try this one again, slicing the potatoes and not mashing so much once they are done, because I think this one has some potential to be really good and flavorful.
