INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup diced sweet onion
  • 1 (1 pound) loaf cocktail rye bread

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to broil.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, bacon bits, and onion. Arrange rye rounds on a baking sheets. Spoon the cheese mixture onto the rye bread.
  3. Broil until mixture is hot; be careful not to burn the tops of the rye rounds.
