I used buttermilk instead of half & half. I can't wait to make these again. Loved them!

Great recipe, just perfect for 2. I was a little worried that the caraway was going to be too much, but I followed the recipe as written and it went great with homemade soup. I'll be making these again

I am rating these based on flavor and accuracy of cooking instructions. They were extremely easy with a wonderful flavor. I did like the sweetness, but only because it was a rye flavored biscuit. It went well with the rye and caraway.

My husband and I enjoyed the flavor but were concerned our baking powder was bad when they came out flat until I saw the picture from another baker. Will make again. Thanks for sharing.

I used whole wheat flour to make these. They are too sweet for my taste of biscuits, so I might cut the sweetener down to 1 tsp. next time. These are good and hearty!

These were a very tastey treat with our dinner. They tasted just like rye bread which I just adore. So easy to make, I will make these again.
