Just like a seasonal fruit pie - wonderful for people who have trouble making the perfect crust. My favorite is blackberries with peaches, but you can use pretty much any seasonal fruit that you love. This one's a no-brainer!

Apples, peaches, pears and raspberries are the quartet of yummy fruit in this unusual-but-delicious pie. They 're mixed with sugar, flour and cinnamon and piled into an unbaked pie crust. A buttery sweet pecan crumble is then sprinkled on the top before this pie is slipped into a hot oven.

Fresh apples, pears and bananas are combined with fruit cocktail, mandarin oranges and chopped pecans in a dressing of cream cheese thinned with lemon juice and a bit of the syrup from the fruit cocktail.
