Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 red bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup sliced sugar snap peas
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 red jalapeno pepper, finely minced
  • 5 radishes, diced
  • 5 strawberries, diced
  • 1 tablespoon crushed ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds

Directions

  1. Combine the red cabbage, red onions, red peppers, sugar snap peas, green onions, jalapeno peppers, and radishes in a large bowl. Toss well. Sprinkle the strawberries, ramen noodles, and almonds on top of the salad.
