Amazing! I made this for my family, and they loved it! I was worried that the lemon would add a strong citrus flavor but it didn't - just barely a hint (perfect). I would use a little less than half of the crust mixture for the bottom of the pan instead of the 1/3 the recipe calls for. I let the cheesecake cool in the oven after I turned it off. Definitely try this recipe if you're looking for a fantastic cheesecake!

This was the first cheesecake I have ever made and it was fantastic. The recipe is easy to follow with the finished result being exactly what you expect, a rich and creamy cheesecake with a subtle crust and an amazing raspberry topping. Everyone raved at how good it was. I would definitely recommend it.

Took this to our family Christmas gathering and got rave reviews. Had to use frozen berries and they were a bit tart so I added a little sugar to taste.
