Very good bread. You can really taste the honey in this, so if that's what you want, go for it. I was wanting bread with butter and honey and was going to add the honey on top until I took a bite and realized I didn't need it. I halved the recipe and made two smaller loaves that worked just fine. Thanks for the recipe!
