I just made this recipe last week for dinner and it was absolutely great, my family and company love it. I didn't have apple concentrate, so I used apple juice instead, but everything else just like the recipe. Thank you very much for sharing

Great easy to make. My 4 year old loved it and he is a picky eater. I also did not have apple juice concentrate like some others so I used apple juice which worked very well. It was moist and juicy and contained just the right blend of seasonings.

Wonderful recipe. The fresh rosemary is what does the trick. The kids even loved it. As with some of the other reviewers, I also used a cup of apple juice instead of concentrate and it worked well. This would be great to serve at a dinner party. For a meat dish, it is very rich tasting. And the Dijon flavor is not at all overwhelming, very subtle.

This dish turned out great! The pork was very tender and flavorful. I opted to make a sauce/gravy out of the reserved marinade, instead of using it for basting. Delicious! Thanks, Carolyn!

I made this for my New Years Diner and it was great! Sweet, very moist,I kept the garlic roughly chopped and they roasted in the oven adding a sweet roasted taste. This is so easy to make I'll be making this again.

This was excellent. I don't particularily like mustard, but the dijon worked well with the sauce. It was much sweeter than I thought it would be. I will definitely make this again. I may try this in my slow cooker and double the sauce as one reader said they did. Delicious!! Thanks for the recipe!

I enjoyed this. I didn't feel it was overly flavorful, which seems to differ from what a lot of other cooks have said, so maybe I did something incorrectly. I didn't have apple concentrate, so I used apple juice. Maybe that was the difference.

Pork tenderloin is a favorite in my family so I am always looking for new recipes and this one is now at the top of the list. So moist and flavorful. I used apple cider, cut down on the garlic a bit and grilled the tenderloin. Yummy.

I just made this for dinner and it was Absolutely Wonderful!!! My 12 year old even cleaned his plate (which is unheard of). I didn't have apple concentrate, so i used 1 cup apple juice instead... but everything else just like the recipe stated. My husband HATES mustard, but he didn't even know it was in here! This will be one of our new favorites! and perfect for company. Thanks for sharing.

This is an awesome recipe!! I only used one 1.75 pound pork tenderloin and cooked it according to package directions, but I made all of the marinade. I reserved about 2/3 cup and used the rest on the pork overnight. Next day, poured 1/3 cup over pork before baking, just as the recipe suggested, and I heated the remaining marinade to spoon over the cooked pork. It is soooo good! Will make it again and again.

Completely delicious and the leftovers were amazing too. I couldn't find apple juice concentrate so substitituted APPLE CIDER instead which worked beautifully-could have used a bit less garlic as it was strong, but delicious nontheless.

This is the best new pork recipe we've tried in a long, long time. I was making it ahead for tomorrow night's supper, and my 6-year old and I couldn't stop ourselves from eating a big hunk of it right out of the oven. p.s., I doubled the sauce recipe, and it was just right for our tastes. Thanks, Carolyn!

Excellent recipe, my family thought last night when I made it. The only thought I would have would be to add possibly a dash of Kosher salt to the marinade as we needed to add a bit during grilling. It is definately in my "make again folder" Thank you!

Loved it! Instead of reserving some of the marinade it used it all and grilled the roast. I also used dried rosemary. The conversion rate was 1 tsp dry for every tablespoon fresh. It was delicious and tender and juicy. This one will go in my "private" recipe book.

I thought this recipe was very good, but the rosemary was the only thing I tasted. My husband wasn't a big fan for that reason. I only had dried rosemary which may have been a factor. If you LOVE rosemary than this recipe is for you, if not I would keep looking.

AWESOME! We loved this! I didn't have the full 1/4 cup of fresh rosemary...I'd say I had a little more than an 1/8 cup and it was enough...not sure if it would be better with all, but it sure was good the way it was! I served with garlic mashed potatoes and acorn squash with apple recipe from this site...YUMMY! Thanks for sharing! PS, even my picky 4 yo loved it!

Very good recipe. There was no left overs when I made this. It was a little short notice when I made it so it only marinated for a few hours but still turned out fabulous!
