my first time making a tenderloin, this was a great dish for a small dinner party and all loved it. Only had time to marinate a few hours, overnight is probably even better!

This was excellent! I had some left over homemade apple cider, and used it make a reduction to substitute for the apple juice concentrate, other than that I followed the recipe. The pork was tender, flavorful, perfect.

I had never cooked a pork tenderloin before and decided to try this recipe. It was not only delicious but very easy to make. The meat was very juicy and tender. After marinating it overnight, I froze half of the tenderloin to cook another night. When I did cook the frozen one, it was just as good as the first.

I made it exactly as written, and it was great. I'm going to try cutting back on the fresh rosemary next time and see if the other flavors stand out a little more.

This was great and very juicy. I let it marinate for 24 hours. Next time, I will try with a beef tenderloin.

I made this for a family dinner and it was devoured. I used 1 cup apple juice instead of concentrate because I had it on hand already and I only had time to marinate the pork for 4 hours before cooking. Everyone said it was awesome.

I am pulling sweet potatoes out of the ground like crazy and was looking for a pork dish to go with. This tenderloin recipe is outstanding but I did mine in the slow cooker. Double the sauce ingredients, didn't marinate the pork, just rubbed it with S&P, layered some sliced onions on top and poured the liquid over. 6hrs on low, pulled the pork out and thickened the liquid with cornstarch/apple juice. Made a lovely gravy to serve along side the tenderloin. This could not be easier or tastier and the mashed sweet potatoes were the perfect side dish. Thanks!

This was so moist, tender and flavorful! Excellent marinade, however, I will cut back on the fresh rosemary next time, because I felt it overwhelmed the other flavors a bit. Everyone loved it tho and I will definately make it again.

We have been looking for a good marinade for grilled pork roast. This is THE one! We didn't have fresh rosemary so we had to use dried. I followed everything else down to the wire. My husband is sick of pork tenderloin because his parents used to just put on seasoning salt and grill it. This recipe definitely took him by surprise! We are using fresh rosemary next time to see what happens.

Very easy to make, with good results. The meat was perfectly cooked and tender. I put all the marinade on the meat when baking it, and it thickened up into a nice sauce to serve with the pork, giving it even more flavor. The only thing I would do differently next time would be to use apple juice rather than the apple juice concentrate if I were going to serve the marinade as a sauce. As it concentrates during the baking, the apple flavor gets almost too strong. But that's a minor point, and overall the recipe gets thumbs up.

Definitely a simple and fantastic pork dish. If you like rosemary, you'll love this. Very easy to prepare, and amazingly tender (I even used plain pork loin instead of tenderloin, which can sometimes come out tough). The apple concentrate gives it a wonderful tart sweetness.

I love this recipe!! I think it's the apple juice concentrate and the rosemary that makes it so special. The timing is off though. I normally leave the pork in longer than the suggested time to make sure it's properly cooked.
