Made these potatoes for dinner last night using fresh rosemary and it was wonderful. Served with beef tenderloin and roasted brussell sprouts, also from this site. Wonderful meal.

Love the receipe Kelly!! Thank you so much. I used a rosemary garlic seasoning I had on hand( I am the spice queen), fresh minced garlic, diced onions, crushed black pepper and onion powder. I tossed them in a large zip lock like so many said too. It was delicious!!!!!!

I come back to this recipe again and again. I add other vegetables every once in a while, like lima beans, but the basics are always best.

These were perfect! I didn't take the time to quarter the potatoes and they only took about 28 minutes to cook. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Will be making again!

I didn't have onions, but this was great. I eye-balled all the measurements & time in the oven and it turned out great. I ate it with mushroom & havarti sandwiches. I plan to make it again

Yum. Good stuff, and very quick/easy to make. I skipped the onion (none on hand) and made out fine.

I didn't have fresh garlic, but added garlic powder, cracked pepper and salt along with the rosemary. Threw all ingredients into ziploc bag and shook to coat. I used a micro safe dish, and cooked covered on high for 6 min. Then I baked in oven without the lid. Came out awesome, the whole family loved it!
