Excellent. Basic recipe that can be spiced up as desired. Loved it, thanks!

This was very good. I added extra garlic and diced the onions up so they browned as little pieces on the potatoes. It was very good.

Just found this recipes for Thanksgiving. So SO Fabulous that I've made it a few times since for friends and now for X-Mas dinner. It is simple and hte best. BUT like others I skip the garlic salt->jsut use the sea salt but mince 6 cloves garlic and double the rosemary. It a rave. THANKS SO SO MUCH for posting this gem of a recipe.

A very simple recipe! My entire family loved them! I would add more garlic next time, though.

I loved this one! The garlic gave it just the right taste. I used extra garlic and garlic salt. I liked it so much the first time I used this recipe that I made them for dinner three weeks in a row.

A simple but great tasting recipe. Do be sure to use fresh garlic (not the kind that comes in a jar!) and add some salt as well.

I like this as a low sodium recipe - you have to be used to a lower amount of salt. The rosemary gives a great flavor and I have used this sucessfully at family dinners and in the hospital when folks need to follow a low sodium diet.

This was very good. I had fresh rosemary in the garden so added a few springs towards the end of the cooking time. Will make again.

This has been a family favorite for years. We always add extra garlic and turn the oven to broil for a little while before we pull them out - nice and golden brown. Doesn't get much easier than this simple, yummy side dish!

The flavor was pretty good...my husband thought a little too much rosemary, I thought it needed a little more garlic salt...I think I would cut the potatoes smaller and let them really get brown.

Excellent, easy and tastes great! Easy on the rosemary, I overdid it a bit the first time. Second time, it was right on.

This is a great way to cook red potatoes. I used about 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary, half of a large red onion and about twice the garlic. The foil made cleanup quick and easy. I also mixed everything in a ziplock bag per a review. Thanks!
