These are good. I used creamer potatoes (purple skin, almost blue on the inside)--I'd never seen anything like it before. The color turned off my husband, who wouldn't touch them, but I thought they tasted pretty good, if not a tad soft instead of crispy. I'll follow the recipe and use red potatoes next time.

Very tastey! Putting under the broiler for a minute or two is a good idea it crisps them up a little. Very good complement to the "BBQ Steak" recipe on this site.

Delicious! Just like the kind Mom used to make. In the end I made a few incedental changes. Fresh rosemary and extra olive oil at the beginning and while it was baking. Yum!

Excellent. I used my grill, so I placed all on foil and grilled for 20 minutes on medium high. I will definitely do this again!

These were really good side dish. We had steak and the potatoes last night. These potatoes are seasoned just right. I did add a pinch more of garlic salt than the recipe had called for. Other than that I will definately make this again.

This is my favorite potato recipe of all. I followed the advice of reviewers who said to increase the amount of rosemary and one who suggested boiling the potatoes for about 5-10 minutes first. Easy and yummy! What could be better?

Did not have red potatoes, so I used regular. I also added garlic salt and powder, but forgot to add the minced garlic. Was really good and easy to make.

Fabulous and easy. I doubled/tripled the rosemary just to give it extra flavor. Thanks for the great recipe!

I liked this dish. I did add extra Rosemary and Garlic. I also boiled the potatoes for ten minutes first and up the temp to 450. this made the inside of the potato very soft and the outside slightly crunchy. i also sprinkled a little fresh parmesan cheese on top. With these changes I would rate it a five star

These were good but I did dice the onion, cut the potatoes into eighths, and double the rosemary and garlic salt per other reviews. Loved the suggestion of just throwing everything in a ziplock bag to toss... They took about 50 minutes to get golden brown with a little crunch. I'll definitely make these again and again!

This recipe was simple to make and got rave reviews from my guests. I added 2 cloves of garlic, doubled the salt (I used sea salt), and used fresh rosemary. They took about an hour to bake. Excellent.
