This recipe was easy and delicious! I doubled it to take to a BBQ and the potatos were a hit!

These are very good. I hate "crunchy" potatoes that are undercooked, so I hurried them up a bit by microwaving the potatoes in a glass casserole dish with 1/2 cup water, for 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. I also used butter instead of olive oil. Still roasted them for 25 minutes - they came out great, with very little effort. Thanks for the recipe!

Simple and delicious! You can't go wrong with roasted potatoes. I added a little more rosemary and some fresh cracked black pepper. I served these with grilled chicken and a garden salad.

Pretty good. I used about 1/4 cup of fresh rosemary. I baked them for 30 minutes and they still didn't crisp up. So, I added another 10 min. then broiled them. Next time I will add more onion and maybe onion powder.

These potatoes were a hit on Easter! I added fresh chopped rosemary to the mix. It smelled great while cooking and was delicious in your mouth! I will be making these again. :)

It needs to stay in the oven WAY more than half an hour to get crispy - at least in my oven. I couldn't wait any longer though. I will try it again because I can see it has the potential. I also added more rosemary and garlic.

This is a lovely side dish, although we always end up having to bake it longer. Makes nice crispy potatoes. Would recommend tossing the potatoes in a big ziploc bag to get good even coating.

These were very good. However, I had to broil them for a few minutes to get them browned. We enjoyed the flavor and overall recipe though. I did sub a little garlic powder and a sprinkle of salt for the garlic salt as I didn't have any. Will make again but cook at a higher temp.

Oh my goodness. I made these to go along with balsamic and red wine filet mignons for Valentine's Day dinner. My husband couldn't get enough of them! I just used the frozen mini red potatoes I had on hand..boiled them for a few minutes, cut them in half and tossed them around in a ziplock bag with the other ingredients before dumping everything into a baking dish. Soft on the inside..slightly crunchy on the outside and totally seasoned. Yum!

Very yummy, I didnt really measure the ingriedients though, just eyeballed it, had to cook way longer though than 30 min. not sure how much longer, just kept adding 6 min and checking, then I turned up the stove to 450, cause my hamburgers were almost done, very tasty and good!! will definately make again. Put sour cream on them and some more salt, awesome!!
