i followe the reviews and make this in the oven. I cut the chicken into bit size pieces and baked at 350 for 25 mins. I served it over brown rice and drizzled with extra marinade. I also didn't have ranch and used cesear drg (light). was ok-but would have used less.

Awesome! In a college apartment so I didn't have a grill but the broiler worked perfectly! I did go the traditional approach and added red and green peppers on the skewers. This was an amazing dish and every one wants to come over next time I make it. Instant hit!

This is absolutely delicous, the kids eat it like crazy and it is so easy to make. The bunch of times I made it I didnt have lemon juice and it still came out great. I wouldnt change a thing. Thanks for sharing.

Really simple recipe. I marinated two chicken breasts with the original amount of marinade. I left in the fridge over night and baked them in the oven. Came out delicious. The chicken was moist and tender.

Wonderful, so tasty! I didn't have any fresh rosemary so I crushed some of the dried stuff that I had, I believe it was about 1-2 tsp and it turned out so good. I have made this twice now and love it, the chicken seems to melt in my mouth and is so flavorful! Thanks!

These were really good. They actually have a good after taste too. I love rosemary because a little goes such a long way. I didn't change anything, but like other reviewers, I may just cut down on the salt a bit.

I guess I was expecting a much better taste. To me it was a little bland. I salted after cooking to make it taste better. It did, but I'm not quite sure what this needs; more spices I guess. I saw that others liked this so much that I just had to try it. Glad others liked it though! Will tweak it a bit and maybe repost my thoughts. One thing I gotta say is that I like the idea of doing kabobs... I've not done them in a very long time!

I made these for the first time for a BBQ on Labor Day weekend. They were a complete hit! The adults and the kids equally enjoyed them. Next time I might add a bit more ranch to them as I couldn't really taste it too much. They were great and I plan to make them again!

Substitute O.J. for lemon juice, substitute cider vinegar for white, and add 1/8 tsp cayenne.

Very good. I was looking for something that would use what I had on hand and this fit the bill. The sugar helped balance the marinade without adding a sweet taste, so don't worry that the dish will taste sweet. I added whatever veggies I had to the kabobs and marinated them for a few minutes as well. I found that the marinade simply brought out the flavors of the chicken and veggies instead of overpowering them. Will certainly make again!

This is an excellent recipe, enhanced by the fact that it is easy. My husband liked and and he doesn't really like anything 'fussy.' I think it has replaced the marinade I've used for the last 20 years! Upon the advice of a friend, I used low fat Ranch dressing. What could be better!

Great marinade for Kabobs! - i added peppers (bell, jalepeno, yellow wax), tomato, and onion to the skewers, and doused everything in the extra sauce before grilling & made flatbread wraps with taziki, cilantro, and green onion. Thanks, will definitely make again!
