Fabulous. Made it just like the recipe says and it was delicious. Wish I'd made more. Since it was cold and rainy, I broiled the skewers. Will definitely make many more times.

omg was this the bomb! Made this one night because it sounded easy, fast and with ingredients on hand and am I ever glad I did. I used chicken breasts and didn't make them into kabobs but kept the rest as is. So, between me, hubby and 10 yr. old son, we all loved this marinade so much! I seriously will make this often and that's saying a lot since we all know how many recipes are out there for chicken. The BEST flavor that you literally taste on the meat...mmmm mmm so good!thanks for sharing!

Awesome. I have made these a few times with everyone liking them. I let them marinade in a ziplock for at least 12 hours, sometimes up to 24 hours. The longer the better.

Made these for my 23rd birthday party and they went over really well. I gave some to my bro because, as a broke college student with a half kitchen, he never eats any real food. I used 3 tbl Margarita mix instead of lemon juice and sugar (x2 because I doubled the recipie). People liked the lime-y taste. Joe helped and cut the chicken up while I mixed the marinade. I cut the skewers in half and baked the chicken in the oven in a casserole dish. I used tinfoil to protect the dish but I didn't do a very good job so it didn't work. For the first half hour I cooked the dish at 400 degrees with tinfoil on top but it was still pretty juicy so I cooked it another 15 min on 550 and the top layer browned a little. I took off the top layer served it, drained the juice out and cooked the bottom layer for another 10 minutes at 550. They browned pretty well after that but the dish was a bitch to clean in the end.

Very good, but I think next time I will use ranch seasoning rather than ranch dressing for more flavor.

Excellent results. Followed the recipe and threaded sliced zucchini before grilling. Will definitely make again as they were enjoyed by kids and adults alike.

DELICIOUS & MOIST, even tho' I reduced the oil to 2-3 Tblsp.!! I did marinate it for 18+ hours to ensure the meat was infused with the fresh rosemary & other flavors. Excellent! I've used bottled Hidden Valley, dry ranch mix, & AR's "No-Guilt Zesty Ranch Dip" (a lowfat dip from this site) - ALL were terrific. With the latter, I combined: 1/3 c. of the NG Zesty Ranch + 1/3 c. buttermilk + double the rosemary + increased all other ingredients by 50% (incl'g chicken) = excellent, & comparable to orig. recipe. For the pkt of dry "Simply Organic Peppercorn Ranch", I mixed: 1 Tblsp. dry mix + 1/16 tsp. dry onion powder + 4 Tbl. buttermilk + 1-1/2 Tblsp. each of mayo & sour cream = ranch dressing; then added all the other ingredients. I've made this several times in the past 2 months. I highly recommend this!

Awesome! everyone gobbled them up. I omitted the sugar and salt, used light Ranch dressing and halved the oil. Marinated 8 bl/sl chicken thighs for 36 hours, wish I had made 8 more :)

I have rosemary growing in my garden - I made the marinade without minced, fresh rosemary, but skewered the chicken onto fresh, woody rosemary branches. Incredible! Tender, juicy, & delicious!

Used light Kraft ranch and dried rosemary. Enough to marinade 1.75 pounds of chicken. Good and moist! Delicious on salad the next day for lunch.

made the marinade before I ran to pick up kids after school. came home, started brown rice on the stove with a bit of cilantro and Craisins, and put the whole chicken breasts on the grill on med heat. the marinade seals in the juices from the chicken and tasted fab! the whole family loved it! thank you!

I followed the directions except I used 5 chicken breasts, added garlic because we love it and onions and cooked it in the slow cooker for 6-8 hours on low because I didn't have time to grill, it was awesome!!!!! Husband is a huge fan of grilling so this weekend we will try it grilled. Awesome recipe, Thanks!!!!!!!
