This is a really refreshing margarita, but just a tad too tart for our tastes. I think the next time I shake some of these up, I'll use a simple syrup rather than sugar itself, that way it will combine better and take some of the tartness out. It was an unusual flavor combination that is well worth the effort to make. Note to self: don't overfill the cocktail shaker because the carbonation of the club soda will pop the top off!
