Very, very good!! It needed a little something though, but I am not sure what it was. The last review suggested honey and I think I will try that next time.

This is a very easy citrus herb marinade. I used 4 chicken breasts that I cut up into chunks before marinating. I also added 2 Tbsp. of honey to the marinade to make it a little sweeter. I made this into kabobs for the grill and they were very moist and tender. Next time I might add a little orange zest or orange juice concentrate to bring out more orange flavor.

This is a really good, flavorful dish. Do not over cook as the chicken dries out and loses some of its flavor.
