Drip Beef Sandwiches

This recipe makes tender, wonderfully flavored meat that is great for sandwiches. I also like to serve it with flour tortillas, cheese, refried beans, etc. for people to 'build their own burritos'.

You can do this in the oven or in a slow cooker for 6 to 8 hours. The meat is simmered with garlic cloves and coffee.

Too busy to cook? Well, just put these four ingredients in the oven and forget about it. I like to use London broil. Great served over noodles! Try adding your favorite vegetables.

Browned, cubed beef is simmered with diced tomatoes, cumin, and garlic, then shredded. This makes good filling for Tex-Mex style dishes, and freezes well.

Wow... A favorite with all my family and friends. I refuse to give any of them the recipe because it is so easy. I love it when they keep asking for it! I often throw all the ingredients into slow cooker and head to work. We all eat when ever we get in the door. The au jus is great! Add beef to lightly toasted buns, and dip away in the au jus.

Roast beef cooked in a slow cooker with garlic and pepperoncini makes a delicious and simple filling for gyro sandwiches. Serve on hoagie rolls with provolone or mozzarella cheese, and your choice of condiments. When making the sandwiches, place meat in rolls, cover with cheese, and zap in a microwave for a few seconds. Don't forget to use the pepperoncini in the sandwiches.
