honeycomb beef tripe
pancetta bacon, diced
red pepper flakes
1 (15 ounce) can
garbanzo beans, drained
fresh mint leaves, chopped
salt and ground black pepper to taste
freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, or to taste
