Friends have told me these are the best brownies they've ever eaten. That includes one man who ordinarily does not like cream cheese. Since there are peanuts in both the bars and the frosting, nut lovers will clamor for them.

Chocolate chips are melted with a bit of unsweetened chocolate and butter and then combined with eggs, confectioners' sugar, peanuts and marshmallows and chilled for an easy candy.

Chocolate, caramel, nuts, marshmallows, cake. YUM! Hint: If you need to cover the cake with plastic wrap, insert toothpicks in the side and top of the cake. This will keep the plastic wrap away from the frosting.
