INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 2 tablespoons McCormick® Monterey Style Spice Blends
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Santa Fe Style Spice Blends or Chili Powder
  • 1 1/4 pounds beef sirloin or New York strip steak

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend first 3 ingredients. Rub evenly over steak.
  2. Broil or grill 8-10 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
