Scott's Savory BBQ Sauce

Submitted by: COOKINGDAD
This is a very simple Carolina style vinegar based BBQ sauce. A friend of the family gave us this recipe several years ago and after a few tweaks and additions, this is the best BBQ sauce that I've ever had. You combine all of the ingredients and then enjoy. This is easily scaled up or down.

Mustard Based BBQ Sauce

This is a great version of the traditional mustard based bbq sauce. Most sauces are ketchup based, but in the South we prefer the mustard variation. You oughta try it at least once.

Honey Bourbon Fire Sauce

Submitted by: Jim Johnson
This sauce has everything a barbecue sauce should have: something sweet, lots of heat and a spicy tomato taste. There 's bourbon too. It cooks up thick, spreadable and sensational. This recipe yields enough for a mess of ribs.
