I have to agree with the previous poster in that marinating the steak overnight may be too long. While I enjoyed the flavor, the meat (I used organic sirloin) became quite tough. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Very nice flavor. I think this is one of those marinades you are better to just leave on for several hours. I left a full day and the steak (strip loin) was a bit tough. It may have been too long. Marinade flavor was delicious and I'll definitely use again. I may even try it in the slow cooker with a roast. Thanks for sharing!
