I added some garlic and then tossed some parmesian cheese in after it roasted. Yum!

Easy and delicious! My young daughter despises cauliflower, but was willing to try it after I told her it would taste like Rosemary Potatoes. She actually liked the cauliflower, so it was a great success. I tossed the ingredients in a plastic bag and used 1/2tsp Garlic Salt instead of regular salt. I also lined the pan with foil for ease of cleanup.

I didn't use fresh rosemary, but I did use dried, and I added minced garlic to mine, excellent, I really loved it, went great with my marinated pork chops..

We ate it, but it wasn't anything spectacular. It was good enough for my toddler to eat some. Not good enough for her to finish.

I have been cooking cauliflower like this for the past several years for parties or just at home, and it is my favorite way to prepare it. Everyone who tries it loves it, and it is great leftover or even cold. I just use salt and pepper with the olive oil, and it is fantastic.

Loved the flavor, and this was so easy to make! I wish I'd had fresh veggies for this, but since I didn't, I used a bag of chopped broccoli and cauliflower, coated the veggies with the oil and seasonings right in the roasting pan. Even my picky son said it was tasty! A keeper for sure. Thanks for the recipe.

All I can say, if you love cauliflower you will LOVE this recipe! It's very simple to make and absolutely delicious. We ate every last bite! I used ground rosemary in the jar which obviously was fine. But next time I will try the recipe using fresh rosemary. Can't imagine how delicious that will be!

We really enjoyed this recipe even though we never had roasted cauliflower before. I also used dried rosemary instead of fresh and added garlic powder into the mix. I accidentally overroasted them a little bit but they still tasted delicious! Thanks for a wonderfully easy recipe.

Very easy to make and was so good. After about 25 mins I topped with panko and then broiled. It gave it a nice crunch. Also added garlic powder after it came out of the oven.

Easy, tasty recipe. I had some other veggies that I wanted to use before they spoiled, so added those (carrots, celery, mushrooms), and I also added garlic and a little thyme to the rosemary.

This was great! My daughter enjoys cauliflower anyway, but this was so tasty, we barely got the dish to the table as we snacked at it a few times on the way.

Great way to cook cauliflower! My fiance enjoyed it immensely. 1/2 a cauliflower head was enough for us two adults. I also had some leftover bread crumb and garlic mix from a rack of lamb I made the night before, and haphazardly tossed on top. It was delicious, nice and crunchy. we're making more tonight!

Excellent recipe for Cauliflower. Everyone in my family loved it. I also doubled the amount of rosemary called for in the recipe. I have also used the recipe with carrots and they turned out well also.

We love to roast Asparagus and Brussel sprouts this way so we were excited to try this recipe. It was very good. I took the advice of another review and added garlic powder and I also added some cheese in the last minutes of baking. YUM! My 7 year old kept going back for more.
